At Delson Hinge, we offer a wide variety of custom hinges in gauges from .025" to .125" thick. Custom hinges can be manufactured to a customer's drawing or a Delson design. These non-standard products are our specialty and Delson engineers are ready to modify designs and estimate costs for hinges tailored to your exact specifications. Use the RFQ form, send an attachment or fax your drawing to have Delson quote your custom hinge. When tooling is needed, Delson is equipped with a modern tool room to take your hinge from concept to finished part.
